With this powerful, choreographed fusion of flowing, feminine, hip centered movement, you will finally get to experience a yoga class that is truly designed for the unique needs of the female body. Belly Dancing Class
By including belly dancing movements in your exercise routine, youre working from the inside out and activating muscles that can only be worked with circular movement. Classes will consist of learning to first isolate and then layer moves. The movements work the back muscles that surround the spine giving you improved posture, you will feel taller, leaner, more poised and elegant.
